During the pandemic, I made a series of illustration based on the theme of “room” as a reimagination of the space people have been confined in for such a long time. The rooms were where people feel most comfortable and familiar with, but the experience was ultered by Covid. The transformation led me into imaginaing 20 alternative rooms with wild themes and activities, inspired by ordinary settings. Upon finished, I held my first solo exhibition in A-Mi Casa, a café which inspired the last piece of the series.
